Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Interface Developer for a 100% Remote (U.S.) role. The position targets a candidate with 6+ years of experience, capable of designing and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.

The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, secure data exchanges, understand the Workday tenant model, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate complex requirements into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
Expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
Strong XSLT skills and Workday Studio orchestrations.
Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the enterprise landscape.
Work hands-on with EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors to deliver reliable solutions.
Ensure security, data quality, and production readiness of integrations.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in code/design reviews.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations to translate requirements into engineering work.
