Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other enterprise applications. Strong hands-on experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, Workday Cloud Connect, APIs, XML, and XSLT is required.

The role involves building and supporting payroll interfaces, complex Workday reports, and ensuring reliable operation across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Workday Integration Development experience.
• Hands-on with Workday Integrations and Integration Cloud.
• Experience with EIB, CCW, PECI, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of PICOF and payroll integration processes.
• Proficiency with Workday Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Strong XML and XSLT 2.0 transformations.
• Experience building Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday Reports.
• Familiarity with Document Transformation and OT2.
• Experience integrating Workday with external systems.
• Production support, testing, deployment, troubleshooting.
• Independent work style and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Develop payroll interfaces using PECI and PICOF.
• Build integrations using Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create and troubleshoot XML and XSLT 2.0 mappings.
• Develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday Reports.
• Support Workday Document Transformation and OT2.
• Coordinate deployments across dev/test/prod environments.
• Gather integration requirements from HR/Finance/Legal stakeholders.
• Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and mapping specs.
