Job summary

Rate is a leading mortgage lender embracing a tech-driven culture with a strong remote-work option. The Senior Workday Integration Architect will design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and enterprise systems across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Identity, and other functions.

You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and Studio to ensure secure, scalable, and well-documented interfaces, while partnering with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise integration development and support experience.
• 3+ years of substantive Workday integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, XML/XSLT, APIs.
• Experience supporting or developing Workday Studio integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems/CS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, enhance, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, Workday Studio, and related technologies.
• Support the integration lifecycle from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Identity, workforce management, and other internal and third‑party platforms.
• Support Workday releases and production changes through impact analysis, regression testing, and remediation.
