Job Description

Must have prior experience with Workday integrations (HCM and Financial modules- both are required), and strong Workday Testing skills (regression testing, end-to end testing in Workday, etc.). The client is in the advanced stages of a Workday implementation that began on April 1, 2025, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. The project has been running for approximately one year and is now approaching critical testing phases.

Scope of Implementation

• Modules: HCM, Financials, Budgeting, and UNA.
• Architecture: Minimal customizations; standardized APIs.
• Testing Tools: Utilizing tools provided by Cognizant.
• Integration: Straightforward configuration with limited complexity.
  
  

Testing Structure

• Current Phase: Preparing for End-to-End Testing, followed by Parallel Testing.
• Requirements: Contractors must have prior experience with Workday testing cycles, including:
• Developing and executing user test scripts.
• Coordinating across multiple workstreams.
• Managing parallel testing environments and validating results.
  

Key Considerations

• The implementation is largely standardized, reducing complexity but requiring disciplined execution of testing protocols.
