Bloomberg’s ERP Engineering team seeks a Senior Software Engineer with deep Workday expertise to scale our Workday HCM ecosystem, driving high-impact solutions used across the company.

This is a hands-on role designing and building integrations, Extend applications, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that influence Bloomberg's operations. You will own end-to-end delivery and push innovations with AI in ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with integrating HR systems and building Workday-based solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and Extend applications that support critical HR processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery—from design and development to deployment and optimization
• Drive innovation by incorporating AI and automation into ERP workflows and processes
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the Workday platform
