Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an accomplished Workday professional to lead Core HCM configurations, security design, and reporting. The role focuses on building complex business processes, cross-functional integrations, and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to termination.

The ideal candidate will design secure, scalable Workday solutions, create advanced reports, and collaborate with HR and IT to optimize Absence and Time Tracking workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, and routing.
• Deep understanding of Workday security: domain, RBAC, org-based access; segment-based security.

Responsibilities

• Create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports (including Metrix reports).
• Understand how Core HCM connects with organizations, staffing, and employee lifecycle.
• Workday Absence and Time Tracking knowledge; familiarity with integrations and security is beneficial.
