Job summary

See’s Candies is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to lead Benefits configuration, Annual Enrollment, and complex reporting. You will own end-to-end Workday HCM and Benefits, provide operational support, and optimize processes for scalable, compliant solutions.

You will act as a subject matter expert in Workday Benefits, AE, reporting, and security, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions. The role is based in California with the See’s Candies team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Workday experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with Benefits and Reporting in Workday
• Strong skills in tenant configuration and data maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the Workday platform with focus on Benefits, AE, and HCM
• Lead Benefits configuration, eligibility, and AE processes
• Create complex Workday reports and dashboards for management
