See’s Candies is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead day-to-day benefits administration and employee experience. The role also supports compensation activities, including market pricing and pay benchmarking, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include open enrollment, vendor coordination, and collaboration with HR partners to align on offers and internal equity. A strong analytical mindset and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of compensation experience, incl. market pricing and pay administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day benefits administration and employee experience.
• Oversee annual open enrollment planning, testing, and communications.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reconciliation.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmark positions using survey data.
• Support compensation administration and internal equity reviews.
