Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead advanced Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support from a remote setting. You will drive complex business process design, reporting, and analytics across Financial Accounting, Banking and Treasury, Procurement, and more, while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a strong Workday background, W2 engagement, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred with strong Workday Financials functional expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration and Calculated Field development.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise and business acumen to solve complex issues.
• Lead analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of solutions affecting multiple areas.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
