Our Workday practice includes specialists in Human Capital Management, Payroll, Finance, process improvement, data conversion, and integrations.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our remote Digital Solutions practice in the United States:

Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant

What can you expect?

• Lead the implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, supporting clients through the entire process and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance Finance, HR, and talent management, optimizing their financial capabilities.

We will count on you to:

• Lead design sessions, gather requirements, and document decisions.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into Workday configurations, and lead module setup across prototype environments.
• Provide best practices and recommendations based on industry and client needs.
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems.
• Guide clients during testing cycles.

What you need to have:

• Workday Financials Certification(s) from a partner (Procure to Pay, Financial Accounting, Expenses, Budgets, Supply Chain).
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years in Financials.
• Deep understanding of Workday configuration options.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle phases and methodology.
• Financial reporting experience, including balance sheets and P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

What makes you stand out?

• PRISM reporting experience.
• Leadership in Workday implementations in areas like Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing FDM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
