Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant

What to Expect

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, supporting clients throughout the process and ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and budgets.
• Help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance Finance, HR, and talent management, optimizing financial management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials design sessions, gather requirements, and document decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business objectives, translating requirements into configurations and leading module setup.
• Provide best practice recommendations based on industry and client needs.
• Assist with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday.
• Guide clients through testing cycles of prototypes.

Minimum Requirements

• Workday Financials Certification(s) from a Workday partner (Procure to Pay, Financial Accounting, Expenses, Budgets, Supply Chain).
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years of Financials experience.
• Deep understanding of Workday configuration options.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle phases and methodology.
• Experience in designing financial reports like balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PRISM reporting experience.
• Leadership role in Workday implementations in areas such as Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing FDM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
