Job summary

Medica is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Reporting Lead to design and support financial reporting solutions within Workday Financials. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT to deliver standard and customized reports that support financial close, regulatory requirements, and business decision‑making.

This onsite role focuses on governance, scalability, and user adoption of Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience beyond degree.
• Office role onsite 3 days per week near Minnetonka, MN.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain financial reporting solutions within Workday.
• Develop standard financial reports supporting close, regulatory requirements, financial audits, and ad hoc requests.
• Configure reporting structures such as dimensions and hierarchies to support business and statutory reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT to deliver reports that support financial close and decision-making.
• Promote governance and standardization of Workday reports and reporting practices.
• Enable user adoption and provide training on Workday reporting tools.
