Job summary

RSM is seeking a Workday Functional Sr Analyst to lead the Finance Digital Team in Minneapolis. You will standardize processes, govern configurations, and drive scalable Workday solutions across Finance Operations to improve financial performance.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with PMO and stakeholders on roadmaps, and deliver executive-level reporting. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, governance, and process improvement within a renowned professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience in development/implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Strong Workday Finance background and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce consistent Workday processes and standards across Finance Digital team.
• Oversee system governance, configuration standards, and change management processes.
• Mentor a team of analysts and drive high performance.
• Provide strategic leadership for Finance Digital Team initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap planning and execution.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on Finance Operations.
• Support additional initiatives to advance organizational goals.
