Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Workday Functional Sr Analyst to lead and standardize Workday processes within the Finance Digital team in Chicago. You will oversee governance, mentor analysts, and drive initiatives aligned with business objectives.

The role requires a robust Workday background, certification, and 5+ years in development/implementation, plus experience with O2C, P2P, and reporting. Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BBA/BCOM or similar).
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience in development/implementation.
• Three to five years of experience in financial applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce consistent Workday processes and standards across the Finance Digital team, creating templates, workflows, and review checkpoints to reduce rework and improve delivery speed.
• Oversee system governance, configuration standards, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with and mentor a team of analysts, fostering development and high performance.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Finance Digital Team initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and PMO on roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution of Finance Digital Team projects.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on Finance Operations performance and initiatives.
