Job summary

RSM US LLP is searching for a Sr. Workday Functional Analyst to define and enforce consistent Workday processes within the Finance Digital team. You will oversee governance, mentor analysts, and provide strategic leadership aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution, while delivering executive-level reporting on Finance Operations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and Workday certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BBA/BCOM or similar).
• Workday Certified or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce consistent Workday processes and standards across Finance Digital, creating templates and review checkpoints.
• Oversee system governance, configuration standards, and change management processes.
• Mentor a team of analysts and provide professional development.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Finance Digital Team initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution of projects.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on Finance Operations performance.
