• Background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and execute solutions maximizing the Workday Adaptive and Finance platform.
• Independently analyze systems to deliver operational improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, peers, and operations staff to solve business problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported system issues.
