Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday Extend applications and integrations. You will build scalable enterprise solutions, collaborate with product and security teams, and help modernize our Workday footprint.

You will own integration delivery, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor teammates while advancing AI-assisted development and automation across Workday Extend capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, supporting, and optimizing applications with Workday Extend.
• Experience with Workday integrations including Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and Workday Web Services.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build with Workday Extend - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Workday Extend, including data models, pages, business process integration, and security configuration.
• Develop and support integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into well-designed technical solutions.
• Balance new feature delivery, Extend application optimization, technical debt reduction, and operational support to keep the platform stable.
• Mentor junior engineers and contractors through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
