Job summary

SNI is seeking a Senior Workday Extend Consultant for a 6-month contract, with 100% remote work from the EU. Start date is ASAP and you will design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and collaborate across distributed teams and with business users. Responsibilities include leading design sessions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to governance and standards while supporting post-go-live

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Workday Extend applications.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture and how Extend interacts with core Workday services.
Excellent customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and integration teams across the project lifecycle.
Support post-go-live stabilization, AMS enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.
Ensure compliance with Workday development best practices, governance, and architecture standards.
Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and provide clear documentation.
