Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Illinois. You will enhance and support Workday ERP configurations, integrations, and security policies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive value.

You’ll lead design, development and optimization of Workday-based solutions, leveraging Studio Integrations, EIBs and extend capabilities to improve business processes and data integrity across the enterprise.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP projects.
2+ years of experience with Workday preferred.
Experience with Workday Studio (including Studio Starter Kit) preferred.
Experience with Integration Development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools.
Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.
Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday.
Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides.
