Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience developing, supporting, or integrating enterprise applications or equivalent.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including application development, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies and concepts, including APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
• This position is Security Sensitive, therefore, candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications within the Workday platform to meet business requirements.
• Create integrations between Workday and other systems, such as ERP systems, payroll systems, or third‑party applications.
• Define and configure various business processes within the Workday system to align with organizational requirements.
• Lead projects from inception to completion as a technical lead and mentor staff.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications and integrations.
• Document designs, configurations, and test cases to ensure clarity and maintainability.
