Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years configuring and administering Workday.
• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, composite reports, dashboards, worksheets.
• PM experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ERP/PSA processes and system design.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate requirements with business/IT stakeholders.
• Translate reporting needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and maintain Workday PSA and related security.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability of Workday reports.
• Prepare business cases and assess upgrade impacts.
• Lead vendor relationships and drive timely implementations.
• Mentor analysts and promote continuous learning.
• Manage project delivery and system lifecycle upgrades.
