Job summary

Mercer seeks a Senior Deployment Solutions Architect to drive Workday deployment engagements and collaborate with Account Executives to build opportunities. You will contact prospects, uncover needs, and share Mercer value messaging for successful deployments.

You will engage clients across channels, support cross-functional teams, and help scope, price, and contract deployment programs while managing timelines and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in Workday ecosystem or similar software.
• Direct experience selling Workday deployment engagements, including scoping, pricing, and contracting.
• Business-level English (written and verbal).
• Residence within the central region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers and share Mercer value messaging.
• Discover needs of the prospect and organization.
• Support Account Executives via email, phone, presentations, social selling, and face-to-face events.
• Champion the relationship between account and Mercer team.
• Create project timeline, scope, and costing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Mercer teams on solutions.
• Rationalize approach with client and mitigate roadblocks.
• Assist in creating the Statement of Work.
