Job Title: Sr. Application Analyst - Workday Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located in one of the following states:

Job Description

The Sr. Application Analyst for Workday Supply Chain is responsible for working with business stakeholders and partners to design and deliver processes and solutions that drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, enhancing, implementing, and supporting Supply Chain processes and solutions. The candidate should have both functional and technical expertise and be able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Supply Chain, providing ongoing process improvement and support.
2. Consult with Supply Chain leaders and COEs, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and conducting impact analysis.
3. Understand business needs and evaluate Workday capabilities for continuous platform improvement.
4. Develop and execute implementation strategies, including configuration, testing, documentation, change management, and training.
5. Act as a primary contact for Workday Supply Chain inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
6. Collaborate across departments to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact on other processes.
7. Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
8. Support incident management, data requests, reporting, and analytics.
9. Assist in testing solutions, integrations, security, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Workday Supply Chain experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 3+ years configuring Workday Supply Chain functional areas.
• Knowledge of Workday Finance interdependencies.
• Experience translating functional specifications into solutions.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Experience with designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday solutions.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and handle data loads.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range is $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
