ERPA, a client-focused technology services firm specializing in Workday solutions for higher education and government, seeks a Sr. Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Core and Advanced Compensation.

You will support production and post-go-live activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in annual events, and help grow ERPA’s Workday AMS practice through innovative, customer-focused delivery.

Competenze

• Must have led at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations.
• Must have led two Phase X implementations.
• Experience in higher education projects preferred.
• Two years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant.
• Certifications: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, plus one of Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, or PEX.
• Launch certification required; certifications must remain Active.
• Experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Team player who enjoys building new things.

• Provide consulting on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
• Understand client requirements and guide design/configuration.
• Support during annual events (Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment.
• Maintain forecast accurately and timely.
• Assist sales with LOEs and demos.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday enhancements.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver strong service.
