Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to serve as the hands-on administrator, model builder, and reporting expert for the Adaptive Planning environment. This role is a key member of the Financial Analytics and Insights team, driving setup, optimization, and scalable planning solutions.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into adaptive models, dashboards, and reports,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on admin/developer/model builder experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for config, maintenance, and optimization.
• Design and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, versions, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, data governance, and integrations with Workday FM/HCM.
• Create training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders.
