SRI Tech Solutions Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Developer/Consultant to design, implement, and support Adaptive Planning solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to build planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards that drive data‑driven decisions. The role requires hands-on work with Workday Adaptive Planning, model/configuration skills, and strong FP&A knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and reporting knowledge.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, and dashboards.
• Excel proficiency and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Configure models, sheets, dimensions, levels, versions, and account structures.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning solutions.
• Build reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packages.
• Design and support integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP, HR, and other systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate into scalable planning/reporting solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cycles.
