Cognizant is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Principal Consultant to guide clients through post-production Workday optimization. You will collaborate with clients, configure solutions, and share best practices across functional teams, ensuring smooth transitions and continued success.

The role involves mentoring colleagues, driving project decisions, and supporting update training while maintaining strong client relationships across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet client requirements.
• Subject Matter Expertise in the respective Workday functional area.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify issues, analyze options, and implement effective solutions.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategies, risks, and options while recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client requirements.
• Configure and test Workday solutions with other teams to avoid production impact.
• Act as a Workday functional expert across multiple areas and mentor others.
• Drive projects by making decisions and promoting best practices.
