Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Illinois is seeking a Senior Reactor Operator to direct and coordinate detailed maintenance scheduling and ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules.

This on-site role requires an SRO license or equivalent and relevant experience, plus strong PC scheduling skills and leadership capabilities.

You will work with multiple departments to meet weekly schedule goals and support outage activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience requirement.
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience or related equivalent.
• Associates degree with 7 years of related experience or HS diploma with 9 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure compliance and minimize safety challenges.
• Direct schedule execution to meet the Work Management Process KPIs and maintain online risk.
• Provide direction to planners, schedulers, and Project Managers for effective scheduling.
• Assist in outage coordination and support of emergency response as needed.
