Job summary

NASSCO in Bremerton, WA seeks a Work Integration Manager to act as the main liaison between Projects, Production, Scheduling and Quality Assurance within the Project Management Team. You will integrate scheduling during planning and execution and oversee Work Controls and Work Authorization, guiding Schedulers and Area Managers while communicating issues to the project team.

Qualifications

• Requires strong management skills in cost management, scheduling, planning and QA.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) scheduling and ship repair processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts and drawings to define scope and schedule.
• Organize work scope into major categories with milestones.
• Determine primary time table for deliverables.
• Sequence major work and test priorities into a schedule.
• Identify critical paths and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop executive level reports from multiple data sources.
• Attend readiness meetings and represent the PMT.
