Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of work control, materials management, and mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to interpret complex mechanical/electrical documents, blueprints and schematics.
• Experience developing step-by-step work instructions for complex activities.
• Ability to manage permits, testing requirements and records management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and stop work if unsafe.
• Prepare and issue work packages for complex activities.
• Analyze time and material requirements for complex tasks.
• Prepare detailed specifications for materials and labor estimates.
• Lead development of step-by-step work instructions for complex activities.
• Manage and expedite work package priorities.
• Prepare isolation or de-energization instructions per regulations.
• Coordinate with permit development and documentation training.
