Job summary

Knowmad Mood is seeking a skilled Website Owner to take technical stewardship of the corporate site post-launch. You will ensure reliability, security and performance while expanding pages, forms and campaigns to support growth.

Responsibilities include WordPress maintenance, theme development, and seamless integrations with HubSpot and analytics. You will collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize data capture and user journeys.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining business-critical WordPress websites.
Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with practical PHP and WordPress development experience.
Experience building custom themes, page templates, reusable components and responsive landing pages.
Experience managing plugins, hosting environments, staging, deployment, version control and website security.
Experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, cross-browser testing and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Own the technical operation of the corporate website after agency handover, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.
Manage WordPress core, themes, plugins, hosting configurations, backups and security patches; perform routine updates.
Monitor availability, performance and Core Web Vitals; diagnose defects and fix integration issues.
Manage development, staging and production environments, including testing, releases and rollbacks.
Maintain technical documentation, access controls and governance standards.
