Job summary

Miles Technologies seeks a Lead Website Developer to shape our brands' digital future. You will balance hands-on WordPress development (custom PHP/JS) with coaching mid-level developers and guiding delivery pipelines.

You’ll lead stand-ups, enforce coding standards for WordPress/HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript, and collaborate with design, content, marketing technology, and PM to deliver high-quality sites on schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional WordPress development (able to code without page builders).
• 1+ year leading, mentoring, or coordinating other developers.
• Excellent spoken and written English — must lead meetings with US-based teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the web development team, run daily/weekly stand-ups, and own delivery timelines.
• Own code quality and standards for WordPress/HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript; set architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and raise the team's technical bar.
• Serve as primary technical contact in cross-team meetings with design, content, and marketing tech.
