Job summary

BCI Brands in New York seeks a skilled sweater designer to create design tech packs and lead CAD/Illustration work for our multi-brand platform. You will collaborate with overseas factories to develop samples, manage color and prints, and ensure timely, market-ready concepts.

The role requires 3+ years in sweater design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sweater experience required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience with prints and patterns in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to sketch and CAD in Illustrator quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent eye for detail and color; team player in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create all aspects of design tech packs.
• Sketch and CAD on Illustrator.
• Daily correspondence with overseas factories to ensure sample details are clear.
• Ensure samples are on schedule in accordance with the calendar; coordinate communications.
• Comment on sweater lab dips and color choices.
