Job summary

Everlane seeks a Senior Planner to forecast, monitor, and order products across our assortment. You are highly analytical, Excel-proficient, with database and quantitative analysis experience, and you will collaborate with merchandising, production and logistics to keep inventory flowing efficiently.

You’ll develop preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by channel and category, project launches, refine models for forecast accuracy, and generate precise SKU-level purchase orders to drive KPI

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in merchandise/inventory planning, allocation, finance or business analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with inventory planning concepts and theory.
• Top-notch analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of product and trend as it relates to the business.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and new processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop preseason sales, margin and inventory plans by channel, category, style and color.
• Project sales volumes for existing and upcoming products to support replenishment and new launches.
• Enhance existing inventory models to improve forecast accuracy and turnover.
• Collaborate with merchandising to recommend style/cc counts and product flow.
• Manage in-season OTB forecasts for sales and inventory to hit financial goals.
• Generate purchase orders down to SKU level with precision and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure optimal inventory flows.
• Perform analyses to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities.
• Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes.
