Confidential Opportunity in the United States seeks a Merchandise Planner – Apparel & Accessories to drive sales and profitability through strategic assortment, inventory, demand, and pricing management across Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Retail channels.

You will partner with Merchandising, Product Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and channel leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations that support financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of merchandise planning experience.
• Strong retail math skills including markup, margin, and KPIs.
• Experience forecasting demand and managing multi-channel inventory.
• Analytical and financial acumen to translate data into actions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Forecast across Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Retail channels to maximize turns and margin.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models based on historical data and market trends.
• Analyze inventory levels, sell-through, aging, and stockouts to adjust plans.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align demand.
• Recommend markdowns and pricing actions based on weeks of supply and seasonality.
• Prepare in-season reports and post-season hindsight.
• Support SKU planning and inventory data integrity across systems.
