The role requires 7+ years in telecom testing, mmWave/E-band expertise, and strong proficiency with L2/L3 protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on carrier-grade telecom equipment testing.
• Experience with mmWave and E-band point-to-point links.
• Strong knowledge of SNR, BER, and Receive Signal Level (RSL).
• Experience with L2/L3 protocols: Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for networking equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor lab environments.
• Validate performance, scalability, and reliability of networking solutions.
• Perform traffic generation and analysis using Ixia/Keysight and OTDR.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, QA, and operations teams to resolve defects.
• Document test cases, results, and defects clearly.
