Job summary

Mpower Plus Rezolve AI Group LTD in San Francisco seeks a senior Network Test Engineer to design and execute test plans for carrier-grade networking equipment and features. You will configure multi-vendor lab environments and validate performance, scalability, and reliability.

The role requires 7 years of hands-on testing experience with routers and switches, knowledge of RF metrics such as SNR, BER, and RSL, and proficiency with Ixia/Keysight and OTDR for traffic analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years hands-on carrier-grade telecom equipment testing including routers and switches.
• Experience with mmWave and E-band point-to-point tech.
• Solid understanding of RF indicators: SNR, BER, RSL.
• Hands-on knowledge of L2/L3 protocols: Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot large multi-vendor networks.
• Traffic generators/analyzers经验 (Ixia/Keysight, OTDR).
• Excellent problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; PON testing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for networking equipment and features.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor networking lab environments that mimic live networks.
• Validate performance, scalability, and reliability of service provider networking solutions.
• Perform traffic generation and analysis using tools such as Ixia/Keysight and OTDR.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, QA, and operations teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues.
• Document test cases, results, and defects with high clarity and detail.
