Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
Four years' multidisciplinary technical experience.
Two years supporting customers with radio communication products.
Responsibilities
Work with Business development to understand customer needs.
Support technical interchange meetings with customers.
Educate customers about TrellisWare products.
Lead technical execution of customer contracts.
Support Business development during critical phases.
Conduct design and testing with TrellisWare products.
Document and provide new candidate requirements.
Advocate for customer needs within engineering teams.
Measure, debug, and optimize radio system performance.
Skills
System design/architecture experience for complex communications systems
RF Link and Network Planning
Networking: Layer 2 and layer 3 data networks and protocols
Data analysis tools such as iPerf and Wireshark
Common lab test equipment experience
Advanced communication waveforms experience
Military communications experience
Understanding of industry certifications (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
