Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert to join our store team. You will guide guests through device and plan selections, build relationships, and drive sales while delivering friendly, human service in a welcoming environment.

The role is modified full-time, 30–39 hours per week, with hourly pay between $21.00 and $22.00 plus uncapped commission. Prior retail experience is preferred, especially wireless sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
