Job summary

KC Wireless, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Senior Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone locations in PA. You will educate customers on Verizon products, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding store targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in wireless retail or commission-based sales, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in a commission-based environment, preferably wireless retail.
• Proven sales and customer-service achievement.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technologies and customer service.
• Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each guest daily.
• Guide customers through the sales process and educate them on Verizon products and services.
• Generate sales to meet or exceed location targets.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete required trainings and model professional conduct.
