KC Wireless - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join Wireless Zone in PA. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional shopper experience and meeting sales goals.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation up to $24 per hour includes base pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail experience, preferably with Verizon.
• Experience in wireless or related sales environment is a plus.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience every day.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete all required trainings.
• Model professional conduct for others.
