Job summary

Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in wireless, signal processing, statistics, optimization, networking, RF design, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, prototyping and verification of wireless projects.
• Set and track development schedules and requirements.
• Oversee paper design, simulation, software, FPGA and testing efforts.
• Engage with government and industry clients; prepare technical materials.
• Report to management for strategic planning and assessment.
• Lead R&D business development and capture efforts including proposals.
• Collaborate within the senior R&D team on large, multi-person programs.
• Support development of a comprehensive technology portfolio and pipeline.
