Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the design and development of wireless systems.
• 5 years of experience in technical project leadership (principal investigator).
• Participation in the complete technology development cycle: design to field testing.

Responsibilities

• Technical management of R&D projects and programs, including schedules.
• Own system design and requirement specifications for wireless projects.
• Oversee paper design, simulation, software, FPGA and testing efforts.
• Engage with customers and prepare technical materials as needed.
• Report to management for strategic planning and assessment.
• Support R&D business development, whitepapers and proposals.
• Communicate engagement with government and industry via calls or email.
• Collaborate with the senior R&D team on large, team-wide projects.
• Set a comprehensive technology portfolio and pipeline for the team.
• Perform other related duties as representative of the role.
