Job summary

Amentum's Digital Infrastructure Group seeks a Telecom Program Manager with extensive, expert-level experience in commercial wireless deployment. This role is responsible for client service quality, staff utilization, contract management, and overall project profitability across Macro, Small Cell, DAS, and OSP topologies in enterprise facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of wireless telecommunications experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading large teams.
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
• Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
• Candidate with established local client, wireless carrier, or vendor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, design, quality, staff, and profitability.
• Direct zoning, construction and RF design drawings; coordinate procurement.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineering and construction managers.
• Drive business development; lead proposals and client interviews.
• Maintain client relationships and represent the company at meetings.
• Mentor and develop staff on industry standards and technologies.
• Oversee operations across multiple teams and locations.
