Job summary

Amentum’s Digital Infrastructure Group seeks a Telecom Program Manager with extensive wireless deployment experience for enterprise infrastructure projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating RF design, zoning, and construction drawings; managing staff and contracts; directing procurement and delivery; and leading business development while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of wireless telecommunications experience required, with a deep background in large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years of progressive Project Management experience leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full managerial responsibility for project scope, schedule, design, quality, staff, and profitability.
• Manage billing collection and contract terms.
• Direct preparation of zoning, construction, and RF design drawings; coordinate reviews.
• Lead engineering reviews, procurement, and on-time delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Travel to support customer and project needs across locations.
