Job summary

K&K Global Talent Solutions INC. is seeking a Senior Wireless Network Test Engineer to lead testing and qualification for carrier-grade networking equipment and infrastructure.

You will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on telecom equipment testing, expertise with mmWave/E-band point-to-point tech, and strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on telecom equipment testing experience.
• Experience with mmWave and E-band point-to-point technologies.
• Strong understanding of SNR, BER, and RSL metrics.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot large multi-vendor lab environments.
• Experience with traffic generators and analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for networking equipment.
• Set up complex multi-vendor lab environments simulating live networks.
• Validate performance, scalability, and reliability of services.
• Perform traffic generation and analysis with industry tools.
• Collaborate with Network Eng., QA, and operations to resolve issues.
• Document test cases, results, and defects clearly.
