Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer – Connectivity to design, implement, and validate wireless firmware that connects products to the ONE-KEY ecosystem and cloud.

The role collaborates with hardware, mechanical, product, cloud/app, and reliability teams, taking features from concept to production release. A candidate with independent problem-solving skills and strong BLE expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded firmware development on 32-bit ARM Cortex microcontrollers.
• Strong Bluetooth Low Energy experience, including firmware development, integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing, implementing, and debugging bare-metal firmware with interrupt handling and peripheral drivers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate wireless firmware for connectivity.
• Develop embedded C++ firmware for ARM Cortex MCUs.
• Debug BLE connectivity across software and hardware layers.
• Collaborate with hardware, product, and cloud teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines and Git/Azure DevOps for version control and reviews.
