Red River, based in Salem, Oregon, seeks a Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise WLANs using Aruba and Juniper Mist solutions. You will lead pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment support, mentoring teams and acting as escalation point for RF challenges.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years in the field, certifications in Aruba/Junos, Ekahau, and strong RF fundamentals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of industry experience.
• Expert-level certifications in HPE Aruba/Juniper desired.
• Experience with Aruba and Juniper Mist wireless solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Deployment of Enterprise Wireless LAN solutions (HPE, Juniper).
• Design solutions that meet customer/project requirements.
• Audit existing wireless networks to evaluate performance and improvements.
• Support installation, configuration, and validation in complex environments (Higher Ed, HealthCare, DoD).
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure success.
• Maintain industry certifications as required.
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Other business duties as assigned.
