Innova Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Wire Payments for a Banking & Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires strong QA testing across wire payment applications and a focus on compliance and risk controls.

The position involves end-to-end testing, validating payment workflows, defect tracking with JIRA or Octane, and collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience
• 5+ years of Wire Payments experience
• Experience with compliance, governance, risk, and escalation processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Octane

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end system testing across wire payment applications.
• Validate wire payment workflows, transactions and business requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using JIRA or Octane.
• Support compliance, governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Perform audits and root cause analysis to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business, technology and operations teams to ensure project delivery.
• Contribute to SDLC activities and maintain quality throughout testing lifecycle.
