Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Payments QA Engineer in Charlotte, NC to drive QA for wire transfer processing. You will validate ISO20022, legacy SWIFT formats, and middleware interfaces, while collaborating with distributed teams across Agile SDLC processes.

The role requires hands-on testing, test data management, and strong communication skills to ensure features function as intended in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of wire transfer processing with hands-on experience in ACI MTS, including payment/message flows and validations.
• Strong understanding of ISO20022 messages across CBPR+, Fedwire, CHIPS, and legacy SWIFT MT formats.
• Solid grasp of Agile, SDLC, and test management methodologies.
• Ability to develop comprehensive manual test cases covering functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled at generating, conditioning, and managing compliant test data across environments.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to drive assignments to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate across distributed teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
• Confident in making decisions to ensure features function as intended.
